Since our products are custom made and made to order, we follow a very specific cancellation policy which is explained below:
You can choose to cancel your order at any stage. However the cancellation charges at each stage will vary. Please note that the cancellation policy has been framed product wise i.e. if you have multiple photo albums/photo books in your order then you can either cancel them individually or cancel all of them together. The cancellation charges for each will be calculated on the basis of the stages at which each of those albums/photo books are.
Order in queue: If you cancel at this stage then there will be a nominal cancellation charge of 5% (handling charges) of the total order value and the remaining balance (from the advance received) will be refunded. Your order is considered to be in queue until we have shared the shortlisted/sequenced data or first few designed sheets with you basis your references or 48 hours from your order confirmation time (the time when you place the order on our website) whichever is earlier.
Order in design: Once the above stage (order in queue) has passed, your order is considered to be in design and if you cancel at this stage then the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total order value. This means that upon cancellation at this stage, either there will not be any refund (if you have paid 50% at the time of order confirmation) or a refund of 50% if you have paid the full order amount.
Please note that during the design stage, if there is a change in configuration and hence a change in total order value then there will be a change in cancellation charge as well as the cancellation charge will become 50% of the new total amount.
Order in print: Once the design has been finalised, the order will be considered to be in print. There will not be any refund from this stage onwards and 100% of total order value will be forfeited.
How to cancel?
You can reply on your order confirmation email and mention the products which you want to cancel.
Refunds
As per the above cancellation policy, any refunds due will be processed within 2 weeks of order cancellation and you will receive the refund through the same mode which you used to make the initial payment.
Returns
Please note that we do not accept any returns for the orders which have been delivered. In case there are any manufacturing defects in your order/orders then you are required to contact us by replying on your confirmation email with the details of the defects and pictures within 48 hours of receiving the courier so that we can resolve the issue(s). Reverse shipping, if required, for the rectification of the issue will be arranged and borne by us. You will have to pack the items in their original packaging so that they can reach us safely.
