SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free across India (surface shipping). We primarily work with Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees and Amazon shipping. The delivery partner is selected basis the coverage of pin codes. In case your pin code is not covered by any of these partners then we will ask you for an alternate address/pin code which has coverage to ensure safe delivery.

For expedited air shipments, there will be extra charges. You may contact us for the same once your order is confirmed.

For deliveries outside India, shipping costs are calculated and communicated to the customer once the product has been printed and packed for shipping; the shipping amount will be collected separately.

DELIVERY TERMS

Transit time domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 6-7 working days. We use surface shipping for shipments within India.

Air shipments are in transit for 2-3 working days.

Transit time internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5-8 working days.

Please note that the above timelines have been provided basis the TATs given to us by our delivery partners. These timelines are subject to their (delivery company’s) seasonal and situational fluctuations and may change without prior notice.

Change of delivery address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Wrong delivery address

If the customer provides a wrong delivery address/phone number or a phone number which is not reachable or an address where no one is present to accept the delivery or the delivery is refused at the delivery location then the product will be returned to our origin address and customer will be charged the shipping fee for initiating another dispatch.

Delivery time exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels damaged in transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the courier with pictures of the damage.

Resolution process for parcels damaged in-transit
Depending upon the damage, we will create a reverse pickup and rectify the issue. You will have to pack the items in their original packaging so that they can reach us safely.

Resolution process for parcels lost in-transit
We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

DUTIES & TAXES

Goods and services tax
GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and CandidShutters Store encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to CandidShutters Store at the customers expense. Please note that in this case no refund will be provided.
